"PIRC did indeed tell us so..."

"[PIRC’s comments] on News Corp and BSkyB might have been condensed into just four words: "We told you so". For PIRC did indeed tell us so – it has been warning about governance issues at both companies for several years."

Events

PIRC organises regular events which reflect our desire to engage with our various stakeholders. Our clients have free access to our events, but we welcome company representatives, non-clients and the press to attend too. Each year we provide a regular series of breakfast briefings, seminars and conferences. Each event attracts a wide range of delegates and we provide a broad mix of speakers reflecting investor, corporate and stakeholder interests.
