David F. Dando joins PIRC

David F. Dando has joined PIRC, Europe’s largest independent proxy agency, to run its custom services team.

David is a well-known figure in the corporate governance world, and has worked at a senior level in the field for over 20 years advising both European companies and institutional investors. Most recently he was an Associate Director at HBQ Partners. His previous roles include Director of International Development at IRRC, and Director of ISS Europe.
