PIRC is proud of its tradition for providing high quality governance and CSR research. We have the longest time-series of governance data available in the UK. PIRC was the first investor organisation to publish proxy voting guidelines and our Shareowner Voting Guidelines are updated each year prior to the UK proxy season.
